Tailor-Made Training (TM) is an intensive and customizable professional training designed by BVR based on 10 concrete challenges identified in the field with African companies. This flexible program allows participants to choose 5 out of 10 modules to be completed during one week of in-person training.

Methodology: Interactive and contextualized, including case studies, role-playing, African cultural anchoring, practical tools, and multiple-choice quizzes (MCQs)
