[IMMERSION] Entrepreneurship Beyond Theory 🇨🇬
On August 17 and 18, 2026, the project leaders and entrepreneurs from the Brazzaville cohort stepped outside the training room to meet those who are building and running businesses every day.
Through the “Discovery and Encounters” immersion, two days of hands-on experience gave participants the opportunity to discover entrepreneurship from a different perspective: not through concepts, but through real-life journeys, choices, challenges and experiences.
Each meeting with the businesses was an opportunity to engage directly with their leaders, understand their realities and challenges, and learn about the decisions that shaped their journeys. Human resources, strategic vision, adaptability and perseverance were among the topics that gave participants a more concrete understanding of what it means to build and run a business.
Beyond their successes, the leaders also shared the obstacles they encountered and moments of doubt, reminding participants that a project is never built in a straight line. It requires the ability to adjust one’s strategy, learn from challenges and keep moving forward when circumstances demand it.
These two days conveyed an essential message: entrepreneurship is not learned solely in a training room. It is also discovered through the experience of those who live it every day.
